How long does it take to engrave keypad buttons?
Typical turn around is 1-3 days.
How long does it take to engrave Lutron trim plates?
We stock the standard gloss white plates and a few in light almond. All other colors of Lutron plates must be ordered in before we can engrave them. I have waited three weeks to get some of the unique colors, so plan accordingly.

What if I am not happy with the product I received?
All our products are customized; therefore, we do not offer refunds unless there is an error on our part that cannot be resolved. If you do find an error, such as a spelling mistake, please let us know and we will fix it.

Shipping cost varies on the product itself and size / weight of the box. Shipping is calculated at check out. We ship with UPS and USPS, and expedited shipping is available.
